Experience Main Street helps visitors explore downtown Greenville, Ohio. This policy explains the information used by the mobile app.

Information you choose to provide
You can browse the app without an account. If you allow notifications, the app sends a device push token, your selected notification topics, app version, language setting, and app identifier to our notification service so it can deliver the alerts you requested. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings.

If you vote in an event contest, the voting service uses a device identifier and technical request information, including an IP address and browser or app information, to count votes and limit duplicate or abusive voting. We do not ask for your name to vote.

Location
If you choose to show your location on the map, your device uses location services to display your position. You can deny or revoke location permission in device settings. The app uses a fixed Greenville location for local weather; it does not use your device location for weather.

Outside services and links
The app obtains event, business, and voting information from Experience Main Street and Roving Studio services. Map features use Apple Maps on iOS and Google Maps on Android, and weather information comes from Open-Meteo. If you enable notifications on Android, Firebase Cloud Messaging helps deliver them. When you follow a registration, ticket, or payment link, the organizer's website opens outside the app. Its privacy practices and payment handling are governed by that site.

Use and sharing
We use this information to provide app features, deliver opted-in notifications, protect contest voting, and maintain the service. We do not use it for advertising tracking across other companies' apps or websites. Service providers may process information needed to operate these features.

Your choices and contact
