Before you register

Vendor fee: $75 per event. Payment must be received within 10 days of submitting this form to secure your spot. Make checks payable to Main Street Greenville and deliver them to 421 S. Broadway, Greenville, OH 45331.
Required documentation: Food truck vendors in Ohio must provide the following prior to participation: a Mobile Food Service Operation (FSO) license, a State of Ohio Vendor’s License (for sales tax), and proof of business insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverage. Email copies to [email protected] with your business name in the subject line.
Measurements: Have your unit’s overall length (including the hitch or tongue) and its width at the widest point (with any awnings or steps extended) handy.
