2026 Miss Winterfest Pageant Application

Calling all Darke County teens! Main Street Greenville is hosting the Miss Winterfest Pageant, open to teens ages 15 to 18 from every corner of the county. Show us who you are in an interview, take the stage, and represent Darke County with the community behind you.

Pageant rules

Eligibility. Contestants must be ages 15 to 18 on November 18, 2026, and live in Darke County.
Application. Complete the application by Thursday, November 12, 2026, and email a recent transcript or report card to [email protected] with the contestant's name and "Miss Winterfest" in the subject.
Sponsor. Every contestant needs a sponsor who contributes $50. All sponsorship money is due by the application deadline, Thursday, November 12, 2026. The $50 is non-refundable if the contestant withdraws.
Schedule. Interviews begin at 5:00 pm and the pageant begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
Judging. Contestants are judged on four categories: interview, personality, scholastic achievement (from the transcript or report card), and presentation, formalwear and poise.
Attire. Contestants wear a "personality reflective outfit" for the interview. For the evening gown portion, contestants wear a floor-length gown or formalwear that is modest and stage-appropriate. All attire should be family-friendly.
Awards. Awards are Miss Winterfest (the Queen), 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, and Miss Congeniality. Miss Congeniality is chosen by the contestants.
Queen and court commitments. The Queen and her court (1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, and Miss Congeniality) are committed to the 2026 Horse Parade (November 21). Only the Queen is committed to the 2026 Winterfest (December 4th and 5th) and the 2027 Main Street Greenville Downtown events, as selected or assigned.
Conduct. Contestants follow the directions of event staff on November 18. Judges' decisions are final.
Photos and video. Contestants agree that Main Street Greenville may photograph and record the event and use the images to promote Main Street.
