2026 Lighted Truck Parade Entry Form

Entry deadline: Thursday, November 12, 2026.

Light up Broadway! Decorate your pickup truck, SUV or similar street-legal passenger vehicle and join Main Street Greenville’s lighted truck parade in downtown Greenville on Saturday, November 21, 2026, the same evening as the Hometown Holiday Horse Parade.

Submit one form per vehicle. The parade time, staging location and arrival instructions are still being finalized. Main Street Greenville will share those details when confirmed.

Before you enter

Drivers must be at least 18 years old on parade day and have a valid driver’s license.
Vehicles must be registered, street-legal and have the insurance or financial responsibility required by law. No insurance documents need to be uploaded or emailed with this entry.
Decorate your vehicle with holiday lights. Secure all lights and decorations so they cannot fall off or interfere with driving.
Keep the driver’s view, mirrors, headlights, brake lights and turn signals clear.
Passengers must ride in proper seats with seat belts. No riding in truck beds, on roofs or outside the vehicle.
No alcohol may be brought or consumed by anyone in your entry in staging areas or on the parade route.
Business, farm, organization or sponsor signs must be no larger than 2 × 3 feet. You may include an optional business or sponsor announcement with your entry.
Follow organizer instructions, maintain a safe distance from the entry ahead of you and keep your staging area clean.
